Open the Sanad website in your browser, then follow the steps for your device. Menu labels can vary with the browser version.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Open Sanad in Safari.
  2. Open Share, sometimes inside the More menu, then choose Add to Home Screen.
  3. If shown, turn on Open as Web App. Tap Add, then open Sanad from your Home Screen.

  1. Open Sanad in Chrome.
  2. Open the browser menu and choose Add to Home screen or Install app, when available.
  3. Follow the confirmation steps, then open Sanad from your Home Screen or app list.

Before you install

Do I need a new account?
Use the same Sanad account. You may need to sign in again when opening an installed copy.
Can I still use the website?
Yes. Installing Sanad is optional. You can continue using your browser on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Can I use my projects offline?
An internet connection is required for research projects and account details.
What if I do not see an install option?
Try opening the site directly in Safari on iPhone or iPad, or Chrome on Android. If installation is unavailable, continue using the website.
