Refund policy
Full refund window
You get a full refund while your enrollment is paid and no work has been logged: no deliverable uploaded and no mentor session recorded. Ask, and the payment comes back in full.
After work is logged
Once a deliverable or a mentor session is logged, the mentor's time has been spent. Refunds from that point are partial or none, decided by the platform administration case by case, always with a documented reason recorded in the audit trail.
Missed sessions and no-shows
Reserved mentor time counts as time spent, whether or not you attend. If you are a no-show for more than one scheduled session, you are not eligible for a refund, even if no deliverable has been uploaded, because the mentor time held for you cannot be recovered.
If you need to reschedule, message your mentor ahead of time. A single session missed in good faith with notice does not by itself void your refund eligibility.
How refunds are paid
Card payments are refunded through the payment gateway to the original card and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank.
Manual bank transfer payments are refunded by bank transfer, with the reference recorded against your enrollment.
How to request a refund
Message the team from your enrollment workspace, or reply to any enrollment email. State the enrollment and the reason; you will get a decision with its reasoning, not a silent status change.
Plain-language version for the pilot; a legal review pass is scheduled before scale.
